(1) Injunctive relief and remedies: We have experience in obtaining and defending injunction applications in a wide variety of cases including infringement, freezing orders, search orders, anti-suit and anti-passing-off injunctions, delivery-up orders, inspection orders and injunctions to enforce restrictive covenants etc. For emergency applications we can assist: -in drafting the necessary documents and obtaining injunctions at very short notice, and -in appearing before the duty judge, our clerks are available to make the necessary arrangements
(2) Conflict of laws We have experience in dealing with Private International law and jurisdictional issues which arise throughout aspects of work, in particular, problems relating to the interpretation and effect of the Brussels Regulation and Lugano Convention on Jurisdiction and the Enforcement of Judgments, and the Rome I and II Regulations on the Law Applicable to Contractual and Non-Contractual Obligations, as enacted into English law.
